Lascaux Studio Original is an artists’ quality acrylic paint. This exceptional quality acrylic is highly versatile and suitable for all painting techniques. The paint is highly pigmented, lightfast, non-ageing and non-yellowing with very good coating flexibility and water-resistant when dry. The colour range is optimised to give the same working qualities for each colour. So all colours have the same viscosity, opacity and dry to the same semi-gloss sheen. This uniform covering power is ideal for effortless creation of monochrome surfaces. There is also minimal colour shift from wet to dry.

Stretched Canvas & Frame Sets 37mm

Stretched Canvas & Frame Sets are an economic and easy solution for framing works on canvas.
The canvases are supplied complete with an elegant made-to-measure frame, easily removable for painting.The canvases are 18mm deep, hand stretched up in our own heavyweight 12oz Acrylic Primed Cotton Duck, suitable for oil or acrylic paints. We use non-warping laminated wood stretcher bars.
The tray frame is 37mm deep and we give the canvas a 5mm shadow gap all around. The face of the frame is 12mm wide, and the obeche wood is ready to be painted, stained or waxed.
Frames are fixed to the rear of the canvas with pre-drilled holes and are easy to unfit.Please allow up to ten working days for manufacture.
