Russell & Chapple Gift Vouchers

Voucher Types

We sell both virtual and physical Vouchers in a range of values.

Delivering Vouchers

Physical Vouchers bought in our store will be issued directly to you at the time.

For Physical Vouchers bought on-line please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Virtual Vouchers ordered on-line will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.

When ordering a Virtual Voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly.  We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Voucher.

Voucher duration

Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

Use of multiple vouchers

Only one Voucher can be used per purchase.

Use of promotional codes

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with Vouchers.

Voucher redemption

All Vouchers can be redeemed in the store or on-line. There is no option for email or phone redemption.

If you would like to use it for a mail order sale, you can post us your Voucher.

Refunds

Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If the value of the goods is less than the value of the Voucher the remaining balance will be available to use at a later date.

Transfer

Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen vouchers

Lost, stolen or destroyed Vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
